All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Free Shipping: Orders totalling £100 or more are automatically eligible for standard shipping (UK only).

High-value or fragile items may require signature confirmation or additional insurance at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs for international orders may vary depending on your location.

Please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

While we carefully package all items, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Lost shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate and assist.

  • Damaged items: Inspect your items upon receipt. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
